This site is an independent guide to Istanbul Airport, written and maintained by a small editorial team. If something here is wrong, out of date or missing, we would rather hear it from you than leave a traveller with bad information.
What we can help with
- Corrections. Prices, opening hours, terminal layouts and transport timetables at IST change often. Tell us what you saw on the ground and roughly when, and we will check it against the airport’s own sources before updating the page.
- Missing information. If you looked for something and could not find it, that is a gap worth filling.
- Content and copyright. Questions about how our material may be reused, or a copyright complaint — see the DMCA notice and takedown page for the formal route.
- Business enquiries. Partnerships, data feeds and advertising.
What we cannot do
We are not affiliated with Istanbul Airport, its operator iGA, any airline, handling agent or government authority. We cannot check in passengers, change or refund tickets, trace lost luggage, issue visas or confirm a specific flight’s status. For any of those, contact your airline or the airport directly — their official channels are the only ones that can act on your booking.
Bookings made through the transfer, tour and car rental widgets on this site are contracts with those providers, not with us. Support requests for an existing booking should go to the provider that sent your confirmation; they hold the reservation and the payment.
Response time
The form goes to the editorial team. We read everything, usually within a few working days, and reply when a reply is useful. Corrections are prioritised over everything else.
